Getting To Sleep

Near the top of the "best things in life" list is sleep.

That's especially true when good sleep is a problem.

Many people have issues with getting to sleep due to an overactive mind. Instead of the mind quieting into delta-level brainwaves, you lay in bed contemplating your problems in a mind state frequency too high for sleep.

A part of being in this revved up mental state (sometimes the thinking can be very positive too) has to do with what you've consumed during your day, especially within six hours of less of sleeping.

A cup of coffee after dinner, or a piece of chocolate cake before bed can send brain activity racing.

(Most people know to avoid caffeinated beverages but they don't consider chocolate. Some people even consider a cup of hot chocolate as a night time beverage. No!)

So avoid consuming anything with caffeine or chocolate after about 4PM. Don't hate me, I'm just the messenger!

And of course, also to be avoided are any stimulant supplements or narcotics.

Unless the presence of a stimulant is in your blood stream then you should be able to assume a normal sleep pattern, especially when you use one of the this month's featured programs: Sleep Inducer. Our Sleep Inducer program will suggest a delta-level brainwave response helping you into a deep sleep state.

Totally Tranquil
